"For many years, Joline was the primary dulcimer on-deck with Mohave, which meant weathering the storm of being an acoustic instrument in the middle of a rock band. She's been dropped, bumped, scraped, soaked (usually in sweat and occasionally blood) and used as an ashtray. In other words, years of love and a wide spectrum of vibrations have sunken into her rosewood and spruce body and given her a strong, responsive voice.

She's starting to wear down to the bare wood near the strum hollow; she's seen prettier days. But she's got a sweet tone and is still one of my main go-to instruments when writing songs here in the studio.
